• User-Generated Content: Your notes, tasks (to-do lists), tags, and data within collaborative workspaces ("Shared Notes") created within the App are stored on our cloud servers.
• Device and Usage Data: To improve app performance, detect bugs, and enhance user experience, anonymous data regarding your device model, operating system version, and basic usage statistics may be collected.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To keep your notes and tasks synchronized across your mobile (Android/iOS) and desktop (macOS/Web) devices.
• To enable collaboration features such as "Shared Notes."
• To provide customer support and resolve technical issues within the App.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your personal data is never sold to third-party companies or shared for marketing purposes. However, to provide the technical infrastructure of the App, your data is hosted with reliable service providers (e.g., Supabase) that adhere to industry-standard security protocols.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to ensure the safety of your data. We enforce Row Level Security (RLS) policies on our database, meaning that only you (and the collaborators you explicitly invite) have access to your accounts and the notes you create.

5. Your Data Retention and Deletion Rights

Our users have full control over their data. Through the account settings section within the App, you can at any time:

• View or export all your notes.
• Update or delete your personal information.
• Delete Your Account Completely: When you delete your account, all your notes, tasks, and personal information hosted on our cloud servers are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

While our App appeals to a general audience, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features added to our App. Whenever there is a change, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
